Courvoisier cognacThe award-winning cognac house announced the opening of the Maison Courvoisier in Chicago on Saturday, February 15, 2020. The impressive luxury experience dedicated to the castle of the brand in France will show the power of mutual success by partnering with talents at the best of their game to spotlight their aspiring favorite artists from the fields of music, fashion, art and culture to share. After the launch event, the brand will offer additional experiences in key U.S. markets over the course of 2020.

The multi-platinum rapper and executive Pusha-T curated the first part of Maison Courvoisier and will host the event in Chicago that highlights the accomplishments and creativity of the artists with whom he has a personal relationship.
Fans attending the event can try the latest offers from the House of Courvoisier and experience live performances, interactive art galleries, fashion exhibitions, and more. True to the brand's belief in the power of the collective, fashion designer Rhuigi Villaseñor, handpicked by Pusha-T, and contemporary artist Al-Baseer Holly (ABH) will present their work at the event, including an exclusive capsule collection and an art installation for the participants to experience.

Rhuigi Villaseñor – Creative Director of Los Angeles-based streetwear brand Rhude; Pusha-T was introduced to Rhuigi Villaseñor during a fashion event where the designer spoke on a podium. The rapper was inspired by Rhuigi's passion for design through his luxury streetwear brand Rhude. During the Maison Courvoisier, Rhuigi will present a limited “Courvoisier by Rhuigi” capsule collection, including a plain jacket, a silk pajama-style button-down, and its signature Traxedo pants that fans will be able to access via social media giveaways ,
Al-Baseer Holly (ABH) – Contemporary visual artist Al-Baseer Holly pays homage to his upbringing through colorful paintings that combine figures of popular culture with the aesthetics of street art. ABH's first expression, born in Philadelphia, was music as a member of the Phillys Most Wanted group, in which he met with Pusha-T.
ABH will introduce Maison Courvoisier's unique style of artistic storytelling with an interactive augmented reality (AR) installation. Individual prints from the “Courvoisier by Al-Baseer Holly” collection are made available to consumers via social giveaways.
The Maison Courvoisier is a contemporary interpretation of the impressive Courvoisier castle in Jarnac, France, inspired by the brand's heritage and shared roots. The refined details underline the identity of the brand and offer fans the opportunity to experience the castle up close World of Courvoisier Cognac.
Guests feel as if they have stepped into the Chateau's Paradis cellar when they try the most luxurious expressions from the brand's liquid portfolio in the "Tasting Room". In addition, participants can try the latest expression of the brand, Courvoisier Avantgarde. Garde Bourbon Cask Finish in a special bar where experienced mixologists prepare avant-garde cocktails.
The Maison Courvoisier Chicago event is the first in a series of activations that will take place in 2020. In September, an additional luxury experience with stars takes place during New York Fashion Week.
