Cosan Consulting makes two hires for enterprise evaluation group

Cosan Consulting has added two new members to its business analysis team. Graduate Emily Dickinson arrives after graduating from the University of Liverpool, while Vicki Waller comes from Capita.

Founding Director Ian Bloxham said, “The appointments of Vicki and Emily are a testament to the importance of having seasoned business analysts on our team. Vicki brings excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills to pension administration. ”

Waller comes with more than 11 years of experience in the professional services industry and takes on the role of business analyst. She held the same role at Capita where she spent the past seven years, responsible for helping project managers roll out Capita-wide initiatives for all clients in the Darlington office. Before that, she also worked for Aon Hewitt for four years, including three years as an implementation consultant.

Meanwhile, Dickinson joins Cosan as a recent graduate after earning a degree in psychology from the University of Liverpool. She will now take on the role of trainee business analyst.

Bloxham added, “We strongly believe in the importance of training and development, so we are delighted to have Emily recently joined us. and I am sure that Emily will bring new ideas to the business. “
