Consultancy agency Barhead strengthens management crew as development of Microsoft Cloud trajectory continues

Sydney, April 20, 2021: Microsoft Gold Partner Barhead has significantly strengthened its management team with six business unit heads. CEO and Co-Founder Ken Struthers identified Microsoft’s increasing relevance to Australian companies looking for business improvement, adaptability and new features as the main growth driver in the post-COVID environment of 2021.

Ken Struthers said Barhead plans to double both sales and headcount by the end of 2022. “We want to take advantage of the many opportunities Microsoft has to offer, and to do this effectively we need more leaders and have focused on industry teams dealing with our key industries,” he said.

Mike Medves joined Barhead as the leader of Barhead’s strong and embedded Power Platform business unit to deepen the company’s existing relationships with its customers and stakeholders.

Jennifer Maritz promoted to General Manager, Financial and Operational Solutions, while Ben Ganter will be his interim Head of Services until a new Head of Services is hired and will take on a different role on the Senior Leadership Team.

David Hodgson is promoted to Head of Strategic Partnerships as Barhead Solutions adopts Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella’s mantra that “every business is now a software company” as companies look for new channels and ways to help their customers in return.
