Okay in a nutshell what are you doing?

“We are management consultants, but without a price tag. That’s the only difference, ”Andy said. “Our area of responsibility is huge. We have the flexibility and creativity to support you in the way you need to.

“What we don’t do is praise you and tell you how well you are, you have friends and family for that. We will drive you, challenge you and work with you to solve the known and unknown challenges. ‘

Angela said, “We take a tripartite approach – we listen to what you want your business to achieve, help you diagnose what you want to do, and develop a plan for growth.

‘We all have experience with a diverse customer base. Our goal is to add value so that you can improve your business. We’re here to help companies raise the bar and aim for growth. ‘

Peter said, “We’ve invested enough in your success to care, but impartially enough to challenge you.”

What experiences do you have?

Peter said: “Between us we worked in almost every industry. My own experience also includes being a commercial sales manager and innovation manager for an international company in the chemical industry. Before that, however, I was self-employed helping companies develop multi-channel strategies abroad and here in the UK. I also have experience in offshore trading and experience with mergers and acquisitions. ‘

‘Angela draws on 101 lessons from running her own business and even more from helping her customers achieve their sales and marketing goals. She is an excellent trainer who works with top executives to develop their leadership styles and grow their businesses. ‘

“Andy is the finance guru and, like Angela, offers incredible insight into what has worked and what hasn’t worked for hundreds of his clients over the years. It is this exposure to every shape and size of company that makes him an excellent advisor, no matter what sector you are in. ‘

How does it work?

“We are on the way. Usually we visit executives at their workplaces and really get under their skin what their challenges and goals are. The only thing that has changed in the last year is the attitude, ”said Andy.

‘We also work closely with other support providers. local, regional, national, state, free, paid, affordable, expensive. We will always be able to point you in the direction of your answer if we cannot resolve it between ourselves. You will never go empty-handed. ‘

Angela said, “Companies are so good at gaining experience, learning and moving on. Entrepreneurs and leaders are natural multitaskers, and by 2020 they have reached their limits, they are already driving them forward. We are like an accelerator for this.

“They would grow without our help, but we’re getting them there faster and more efficiently.

“And what you get in real life is at least 12 hours of our consultation, regardless of which period is best. This can be a two-hour meeting that takes place every two months for a year, or a few consecutive days of intensive planning.

“And in the end it’s usually a lot more than 12 hours. We are guilty of being bound by ourselves! ‘

Okay, I’m interested. How do I start the conversation?

‘The three of us are just a small part of what The Growth Hub has to offer. There is something for every shape, size and business phase. As always, there is a clever website form to find out which one is right for you, ”said Peter.

“But this is where robotics ends. If we are the right fit for you, we will arrange a meeting, discuss what you need and work together to find solutions. ‘

Angela said, “We’ve worked with great entrepreneurs over the past year who’ve turned around without a playbook, and we’ve helped them diversify into different markets, different customers with different products and services and ways to market to grow.”

“Whether you’re radically reinventing yourself or needing to regain your position, we’re here to help.”
