Consortium success for Preston constructing consultancy

Cross Street-based AG Project and Building Consultancy (Anderton Gables) has secured a place in the JV North Framework, a consortium of housing associations and local authorities.

The £ 560 million framework will enable framework partners to build 4,000 homes from now through the end of 2025.

The JV North consortium is one of the largest public housing developers in the UK and its members build 3.5 homes a day.

Consortium members include Bury Council, Johnnie Johnson Housing, One Manchester, Peaks and Plains Housing Trust, Muir Group, Plus Dane Housing, Sovini, Stockport Homes, Stockport Council, Torus, Trafford Housing Trust, Weaver Vale Housing Trust, and Wythenshawe Community Housing Group.

AG is one of eight employer representatives who secure a place in the framework.

AG has offices in Manchester, Liverpool and Sheffield as well as at the Thomas Carter House in Preston.

The real estate consultant employs 30 people and advises clients from the public and private sector expertly on project development and advice as well as on commercial building surveying. In 2019 it was awarded the BIBA as construction company of the year.
