Companies come residence to the workplace in flurry of latest Cornwall Buildings offers

Businesses come home to the office in flurry of new Cornwall Buildings deals

Bruntwood Works has completed a number of leases in its newly refurbished Cornwall Buildings offices.

It will welcome a variety of Birmingham companies to its flexible workspace, including recruiting specialists Ashley James and fashion consultancy Ying Lau Limited. Other new customers are Orbis Partners, Seren Bay & Stride Resource Management.

The new agreements were made in direct response to the outcome of Bruntwood Works’ investment in Cornwall Buildings, which have also been classified as Covid-safe by the British Safety Council.

The Cornwall Buildings, a historic Grade II listed building in the heart of Birmingham’s business district, became a 1.3 million boutique hotel in March 2020. It now offers a variety of serviced offices – which are dog-friendly – as well as a range of flexible workspaces with breakout areas, hot desks and a lounge for freelancers, startups and mobile workers.

Matt Wright, Head of Commercial, Birmingham at Bruntwood Works, said, “This rush of new customers shows that companies are eager to return to the city after such a long period of remote work. People are looking for a space that is inviting, familiar and relaxed – and that is exactly what we have achieved with the Cornwall Buildings.

“Our major renovation has transformed our historically traditional space into a relaxed boutique offering that embraces the modern way of working and is a chic way for companies to give their teams a different kind of experience when they come to work – they will feel like them feel came home to the office. “

Companies looking for a new workplace experience can take advantage of a variety of flexible packages in Cornwall Buildings, as well as design and management services to create truly bespoke environments. For those who want to make their way from work at home easier or who want to try out the offer of a home in the Cornwall Buildings, Bruntwood Works also offers Pay As You Go and makes rooms available from one hour upwards.
