Born from a project at the University of Strathclyde, Unlisted offers instant reviews for private companies that use artificial intelligence.

The deal comes with strong momentum for Unlisted as the company seeks to expand its network. The company is in talks with a number of potential investment partners who will further advance the platform.

Commenting on the deal, Lee, formerly JP Morgan, said, “Anyone who has worked for private companies knows that a lot more can be achieved through partnership than just striving.”

ClearSky Logic was founded in 2018 by Phil Telfer and Darren Auld, whose goal is to provide companies with technical solutions to transform their business.

He added: “Working with Unlisted fits in very well with our strategy of identifying the companies with the greatest potential and the most urgent need to leverage a bespoke technical solution effectively.”
