After a brief leave of absence from the front, three AV experts – Gordon Dutch (former shareholder and CEO of Peerless-AV), Lee Baker (former commercial director of the Midwich Group) and Ian Sempers (former owner of Medium UK) – have said goodbye formed a new business consultancy called Re-Sauce, primarily focused on PR, marketing and sales for the global professional AV, IT and CE sectors.

Dutch will take on the role of CEO within the new business, while Baker will become chairman and Sempers will serve as non-exec and finance director.

“Over the past year, our industry and the world have changed almost beyond recognition,” said Dutch. “The shows we’ve all been in for years have either been canceled or postponed.
