Alfreton’s law firm Bidwell Henderson was acquired by publicly traded financial services company Frenkel Topping in a £ 1.5 million deal.

Bidwell Henderson was founded in 2014, currently employs 55 people in its two offices in Alfreton and Newcastle, and specializes in costly case plans and claims, as well as legal assistance proceedings where an assignment with assumption of costs has been successfully placed.

Bidwell Henderson’s owners will remain with the company after the deal.

For the year ended March 31, Bidwell Henderson had sales of £ 1.56 million and pre-tax profit of £ 400,000.
