AspinallVerdi makes an appointment at the Leeds headquarters

AspinallVerdi, the real estate remediation consultancy, has appointed an Associate Director at its Leeds headquarters.

Helen Reardon was previously a senior consultant with a commercial firm for two years before teaching BSc and MSc real estate students at Sheffield Hallam University for the last six years.

In addition, she has more than ten years of consulting experience in planning, development and restructuring at companies such as Ekosgen, GVA (Avison Young) and King Sturge.

Reardon said: “I am very excited to be back with AspinallVerdi after my time at Sheffield Hallam University. It was great to meet the whole team on an away day recently and see how much the company has grown. I look forward to working with such a diverse group of people in the field while continuing to cultivate connections with science. “

AspinallVerdi also welcomed Hayley Miles as Associate Director in the Birmingham office for the Midlands and Alsadair Ritchie as a consultant with his Newcastle-upon-Tyne office for the North East.

Chairman Atam Verdi added, “As we overcome the unique challenges of the pandemic with a growing customer base and good prospects for the remainder of 2021 and through 2022, we can welcome Helen back to AspinallVerdi and make other key appointments through our network of offices .
