Andy Marsden to Lead Duff & Phelps enterprise modelling crew

Consulting firm Duff & Phelps has appointed Andy Marsden to lead their business modeling and analysis team in London. He brings over 20 years of experience to the role, having previously been an Associate Partner at EY.

Commenting on the news, Marsden said, “I’m very excited to be part of Duff & Phelps. I look forward to working with customers across EMEA to drive innovation across the company. “

Marsden joins Duff & Phelps as Managing Director and will now work to expand his business modeling and analysis team. The practice assists clients with a variety of strategic decisions, including purchase and sale transactions, restructuring, financial and operational planning, and fundraising.

Marsden has over 20 years of professional services experience and has worked for the Big Four company EY for the past two decades. During the last 16 years of this stay, he specialized in business modeling and was most recently an associate partner in the strategy and transaction practice of EY. He led the business modeling team for financial services.

Duff & Phelps is one of the world’s leading providers of services and digital products in terms of governance, risk and transparency. This is where Marsden’s expertise will be particularly useful in serving the company’s customers in all sectors with a wide variety of needs, including developing transaction models to support buy-side and sell-side deals and applying Data analysis as part of transaction diligence and business strategy design.
