Accenture Acquires Management Consultancy BCS Consulting

Accenture has completed its most recent acquisition, this time buying British management consultancy BCS Consulting for an undisclosed amount.

BCS Consulting was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in London. Accenture said the company’s 250 employees will join Accenture’s UK financial services strategy and advisory practice.

BCS expertise focuses on payments, open banking, operational resilience, financial crime and cost optimization. The acquisition complements Accenture’s already existing advisory and technology capabilities in the industry and builds on recent financial services acquisitions including Mudano, Orbium and Parker Fitzgerald.
