3t Training Solutions is headed by Alan Sharp

The 3t Energy Group uses its extensive expertise in the global energy sector and is building a new consulting department, which is headed by the industry professional Alan Sharp.

The new department, named “3t Training Solutions”, offers a wide range of specialized advisory services ranging from helping companies gain new industry accreditations to training instructors to providing guidance on expanding facilities and embedding digital booking and booking services Management systems are enough.

Alan Sharp is well placed to lead 3t Training Solutions, having previously led his own consultancy providing support and guidance for gaining industry accreditation with global training bodies such as OPITO, GWO, IADC and IRATA.

Alan previously worked for OPITO as the UK and European Approvals Manager. Prior to OPITO, Alan was Center Manager for a fully accredited training company in the Middle East for several years. He was responsible for building and growing the center from the ground up to delivering courses to hundreds of delegates on a monthly basis.

3t Training Solutions is a proven concept for the 3t Energy Group. The training business AIS Training has already helped several global training companies expand and grow with new facilities and training accreditations.

The most recent of these is US-based ARCON – a leading provider of welding and metalworking training at its Salisbury, Maryland facility.

ARCON was determined to enter the fast growing US offshore wind market, but had no experience in this sector. ARCON has teamed up with AIS Training to develop the first GWO-accredited offshore wind training center in the Central Atlantic. AIS Training not only helped design the new center but also led the way in gaining GWO accreditation for the wind industry, developing the course portfolio, training instructors, and providing ongoing operational support and business development.

3t Training Solutions will build on the consulting success of AIS Training.
